Harro East Athletic Club offers the following Group Classes:
Class Schedule:
Silver & Fit Group Fitness
Class for very active older adults who experience regular exercise three or more days per week. The class focuses on increasing the participant’s flexibility, joint stability, dynamic balance, coordination, agility, reaction time, muscular strength, and cardiovascular endurance.
Combo Challenge
1.5 hours of step, floor aerobics, strength training & stretching
Core Conditioning
Challenging class working with weights, stability balls, bands & bars
Water Fitness
Cardio, strength & flexibility training
Yoga
Stress reduction, relaxation, body awareness, increased flexibility, injury prevention
Pilates
Focused on the core muscles, which help keep the body balanced, and are essential to providing support for the spine
Group Cycling
Group fitness class on a stationary bike; calorie burner and cardio workout
Interval Step & Muscle Pump
1 hour of cardiovascular exercise, weight training and stretching
Group Strength Training
1 hour of dumbbell strength training addressing all major muscle groups
