Aqua Strength Training

Strength training and core training in water.  Train your upper and lower body utilizing weight training concepts.  Stabilize and strengthen your back and core using power moves in water.    All done in shallow water, NO SWIMMING!  A complete body workout done in the water.  Male/Female, any age!
