Low impact water class which improves balance, confidence, and body awareness. The weightlessness helps with joint access allowing for joint lengthening while strength building and toning of muscles. The water provides a wonderful environment for strengthening the pelvic and deep core muscles. My goal is for each student to find proper alignment in a fun and supportive environment. As with all yoga classes I teach, my focus is helping students build their connection between body and mind through movement.
