This all-levels core focused class is aimed at developing both daily active living strength, improvement in performance of everyday activities and sports, as well as improve the aesthetic appearance of the core region. Using a variety of proven equipment, in a circuit style format, integrating core training with real life functional movement patterns, and this class is designed to help you get the most out of your workout in the least amount of time.
