Group Cycling

A group fitness class on a stationary bike for all levels of fitness.  This is a fantastic calorie burner and cardio workout.  Members can adjust their own resistance and work to their own fitness levels.  First timers should arrive early to adjust their bikes.  Please bring a water bottle and towel.
