Silver and Fit Yoga

Group fitness class for very active older adults who experience regular exercise three or more days per week.  The Class focuses on increasing the participant’s flexibility, joint stability, dynamic balance, coordination, agility, reaction time, muscular strength, and cardiovascular endurance.
